Prima flat roof garden room with large seating area

This summer house is 70 percent covered seating area and 30 percent enclosed room, with access gained to the storage/indoor area by the glazed double door at the front. This is an ideal area for storage of the furniture / BBQ whilst not in use, or of course a summer room.

Pressure treated floor bearers

The roof looks flat from around the edges, but it is in fact a sloping deck within the fascia boards to avoid water build-up, which in turn flows into an integral downpipe.

The EPDM roofing material consists of a rubber mat, edged with an aluminium strip on all sides

Chrome or brass metalwork

Single doors are always hinged on the left but can be hinged on the right in requested on order.
