Prima Lucas flat roof garden room with large front canopy

The Lucas is 50 percent covered seating area under a roof canopy supported by corner posts and 50 percent enclosed room, with access gained by either the glazed double doors at the front or by the side personal door. This can be used as a sun room or for storage.

Pressure treated floor bearers

The roof looks flat from around the edges, but it is in fact a sloping deck within the fascia boards to avoid water build-up, which in turn flows into an integral downpipe.

The roofing material consists of a rubber EPDM mat, edged with an aluminium strip on all sides

Chrome or brass metalwork for the doors

Single doors are always hinged on the left but can be hinged on the right in requested on order.
