The Prima Fifth Avenue Original has 2 casement windows (PR28) and double doors (PR30).

Only doors with a width of 100cm can be fitted into this building if you wish to choose an alternative design.

Flat roof option available (EPDM rubber roof included in price below).

 

The Fifth Avenue Original corner cabins were, as the name suggests, the first corner summerhouse design from Lugarde. There are 2 choices of size with different wall thicknesses and roof shape available for each.  Countless numbers have been sold, it is truly a tried and tested and popular design.
