All concrete Panels are reinforced with a purpose made Welded Steel Mat.

With or without one window 4ft (two in double), unless in rear wall of 9'6" wide (then 5ft) and of 10'6" wide (6ft). Gutter and fallpipe included except for Apex Roof Garages.

All steel Up & Over doors come in Primer Coat Finish ready for painting by customer if required

It is essential that a LEVEL, SOLID BASE is available for these buildings. Erection cannot take place if the Base is Paving Slabs or Tarmac (as the building would not be safe). Access must be safe and clear for the Erectors. Again it is essential that FULL DETAILS of ACCESS must be given on the Delivery Instruction sheet (sent after ordering), so that OBSTACLES such as STEPS, WALLS, LAWNS etc can be considered and checked upon. A small additional charge may be made to cover the cost of an additional man to overcome the problem or obstacle.
