These prices are a guide to allow you to see an idea of cost for the size building you may require.

Wall framework is pressure treated 100x47mm timber.
External and internal cladding is 25mm thick pressure treated loglap.
The 100mm cavity is filled with insulation.
All walls incorporate a vapour barrier.
The roof is constructed using triple-wall polycarbonate for high insulation values.
The pool is spanned by aesthetically pleasing, quality laminated portal frames.
Double glazed windows and doors can be positioned to customers requirements.

The above specification all add up to make an extremely strong durable building. The high insulation value means that the heat from the heated swimming pool
alone keeps the temperature high enough inside to be able to use the building
all year round, even in the depths of winter!

All prices include VAT and installation.

NB Because these structures are all made to order, we are able to
manufacture any size of building to fit around any size of pool.

The above prices are for the building only and do not include any groundworks or architects/planning application/council building inspectorate fees that may arise
(we are able to advise for the likely cost of these items before any order).
We do ask for free use of electricity and a reasonable working area around and adjacent to the pool.
