10 year gurantee for concrete garagesThe manufacturer guarantees the structure of our concrete buildings for 10 years from the date of installation, subject to our maintenance schedule being effected.

The up & over door mechanism is guaranteed by the door manufacturer for 2 years from the date of installation.

The guarantee is invalid if the concrete building has been adapted or altered in a material way from its original specifications.
This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
To see your statutory rights Office Of Fair Trading.
The retention of the Order/Invoice form will enable us to confirm the installation date.
