Concrete Sheds and Workshops

These multi purpose buildings offer a variety of uses such as garden sheds, workshops, storage units and chemical stores.

Features

Available with flat (slopes from front to back) or Apex roof
Choice of hardwearing, weather resistant panel finishes -
- Multi spar
- Limestone
- Irish white spar (extra cost option – please call for prices)
Roofing is corrugated, cement fibre sheets, bolted onto welded steel trusses, primed in red oxide
All woodwork is treated with an anti fungus, water repellent stain
All interior joints are sealed with mastic
Each building comes with one 4 ft fixed timber window and one timber personnel door included
Available in sizes from 6 ft 6 to 12 ft 6 inches wide and from 6 ft to 12 ft in length. Special larger sizes can be made on request
PVC fascias are available for all concrete sheds and workshops

The price includes:
- VAT
- Delivery
- Erection
- Timber personal door (838mm (’9”) with or without a window (1,219mm/4’0”;1,524mm/5’0”; or 1,829mm/6’0”)

NOTE THAT:
- A level, solid base must be made available for these buildings.
- The building CANNOT be erected if the base is made of paving slabs or tarmac
- Access must be safe and clear. Full details of access must be provided on the Delivery Instruction Sheet, which will be sent to you when we receive your order.
- We will check obstacles such as steps, walls or lawns and reserve the right to make an additional charge should an extra worker be required to overcome the obstacle(s).
