A wide choice of roof coverings are available, including concrete tiles (included in the costings above), clay tiles, Metro tiling system (available in a variety of colours and styles), cedar shingles, etc.
Attic room with 18mm flooring and access stairway positioned to your requirements.
Option of lining and insulation to the room above.
We have our own plant and machinery and are able to undertake any local basework requirements.
We can take your project through all required stages- design, planning application (including any required drawings), foundations, manufacture and installation (depending on your locality) of the building.
